Clean rooms and great location, but the fan didn’t work well in our suite.

The location is unbeatable, just steps from Union Square and the cable car line. The staff is friendly and helpful The room is clean and well-furnished, with excellent bathroom amenities. Complimentary apples and cookies in the lobby are a nice touch. I felt safe staying here.

I recently stayed for 4 nights and found the location unbeatable, just steps away from Union Square and convenient for accessing public transport. The room was clean and charmingly decorated, with comfortable bedding and a little fridge, which was a great convenience. The lobby provided delightful offerings of coffee, cookies, and water, making the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the absence of air conditioning, though a fan was provided, which helped during my stay.

I had an amazing time here! The rooms were clean and cozy, and I loved the free cookies and coffee in the lobby. The only thing is that the rooms felt a bit small for two, but there were huge closets! Overall, a solid pick!

Rooms are clean and comfortable with convenient coffee and tea available 24/7, along with refreshing infused water in the lobby. However, the noise from the street can be quite noticeable at times, and the lack of on-site dining options was a drawback for longer stays. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was highly enjoyable, particularly with the complimentary snacks at reception.

The Queen Room was cozy and comfy with a really nice bed and fresh linens. I loved the cute little touches, like the rubber duck in the bathroom and the candy jar. The bathroom was compact but clean, and the shower was decent. Only downside was the TV. not many channels, which was a bummer when I stayed in one night. But otherwise, the room felt homey and inviting.

Friendly staff made check-in easy.

I didn’t expect to pay for parking, which was $45 per day. The bell captain was quite rude and did not provide any assistance. Also, the mattresses were uncomfortable and in need of replacement.
