I took a queen room with a nice view as well as comfortable bed. The hotel was in a very central location right on the trolley line. Further, it was next to the famous cable car station and many restaurants and the public transport of San Francisco.

The room was compact and neat for the bar when I arrived. Very central location just next door to the center of the city as well as union square and the cable car as well as market steeet, it was in a nice area.

Its location in San Francisco was marvellous, really close to the malls, shops, apple store, restaurants, cafes, Saks fifth Avenue or the billboard sign on the next building, and a bunch of restaurants. My room included an air conditioning and a lounge area.

I liked the room for the bar. This hotel was set in a very central area next to the malls, shops, apple store, restaurants, cafes and financial district and many restaurants. Also, Nob Hill was situated on the doorstep.

The breakfast was marvellous for what was on offer with the food though, fresh eggs plus omelets. The room I booked was compact and neat with comfortable bed.

overall it was compact and neat for the bar. the hotel's position was great and fantastic, near to the malls, theaters for plays, shopping, cable cars, restaurants and bars and union square and the cable car.

It had very ordinary views.

A good choice of goodies for breakfast. Marvellous and incredible location with public parking and near Union Square and all the spectaculars area to visit in San Francisco, and shopping areas around Union Square.

The setting was ideal, close enough to financial district and many restaurants, the cable car and the Bart train station. Plus, distance to a modern art museum was only 1 km.

This was a nice stay during the holidays. Really enjoyed a lounge and a heating system in the room. It was large, and employees were affable. Very central location was a plus. On top of that, bars and restaurants were close to the property.

It's chic and quaint hotel with supper friendly staff at reception desk. The location is marvellous and fantastic, 10 minutes' walk to Chinatown. I would stay there again!

Really comfortable stay, charming little and chic place. Location close enough to the Bart train station, and cable car will pass by. And next to Xanadu Gallery. Coffee and climate control in the room, great and incredible location.

The units are spotless for the bar. It has marvellous and lovely location close to everything, in a nice enough area. Downtown San Francisco district deserves your time and attention.

The Chancellor is a fabulous place to stay. All the staff were amazing and friendly. Plenty of room, comfy bed and pillows. Room was serviced daily with extras like a jar of lollies. Complimentary 24/7 coffee, tea, and ice cold lemon infused water. Apples and delicious baked daily cookies in the lobby. Enjoyed Happy hour at the bar. Alicia and Rory, the barstaff, were very engaging and fun.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
