I took a queen room with a nice view as well as comfortable bed. The hotel was in a very central location right on the trolley line. Further, it was next to the famous cable car station and many restaurants and the public transport of San Francisco.

The room was compact and neat for the bar when I arrived. Very central location just next door to the center of the city as well as union square and the cable car as well as market steeet, it was in a nice area.

Its location in San Francisco was marvellous, really close to the malls, shops, apple store, restaurants, cafes, Saks fifth Avenue or the billboard sign on the next building, and a bunch of restaurants. My room included an air conditioning and a lounge area.

The setting was ideal, close enough to financial district and many restaurants, the cable car and the Bart train station. Plus, distance to a modern art museum was only 1 km.

Really comfortable stay, charming little and chic place. Location close enough to the Bart train station, and cable car will pass by. And next to Xanadu Gallery. Coffee and climate control in the room, great and incredible location.

The Chancellor is a fabulous place to stay. All the staff were amazing and friendly. Plenty of room, comfy bed and pillows. Room was serviced daily with extras like a jar of lollies. Complimentary 24/7 coffee, tea, and ice cold lemon infused water. Apples and delicious baked daily cookies in the lobby. Enjoyed Happy hour at the bar. Alicia and Rory, the barstaff, were very engaging and fun.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
